Quiet-time Grotto '25

This is a charity grotto run by The Hospice of the Good Shepherd, who receive 100% of the ticket price. The grotto is located in our undercover canopy area, so please wear warm clothing as it may get a little chilly.

Quiet-Time Santa's Grotto Experience is ideal for children that would prefer a calmer environment.

With reduced capacity sessions, turned down music and without the twinkling lights, we aim to ensure all of our guests can experience the magic of Santa's Grotto!

The grotto opens 11.00am Saturday 29th November and will run until Tuesday 23rd December. Online booking in advance is essential to avoid disappointment.

Please note:

  • Each 15 minute slot will have multiple children booked in - the time slots are simply a guide to reduce queue times for you. Please arrive at the start of your time slot.
  • Advanced booking is essential – book now to avoid disappointment.
  • Times slots for ALL Santa's Grotto sessions must be purchased in advance.
  • All adults, children and infants must have a valid ticket to enter the Grotto
